Pink Beam

My artwork is always inspired by my personal fascinations - my most recent and long standing fascination is the life and work of science fiction author Philip K. Dick. “Pink Beam” references a spiritual epiphany he experienced in 1974 after a wisdom tooth extraction.

These works were my way of delving into the ephemeral nature of dreams and memories as well as an exploration of the color pink to convey beauty and pain.
